Founder & CEO
Ahmet Peçen Graduated from Bilkent University Business Administration department in 1991. Between
1991-1999 he worked in Yapı ve Kredi Bankası corporate Banking Department and he promoted as a Branch
Manager in the 7th year of his carrier. He was the Branch Manager of Galata Corporate Branch when he
left in 1999.
Between 1999 and 2012 he worked in Dışbank, Fortis, and TEB in Corporate Banking as Director in Branch
Management and Group Head in Cash&Trade Services. He managed the establishment of two new branches,
the establishment of the Cash and Trade Services department, and the merger of two big corporate Branches. Apart
from that, He experienced both acquisition and Merger in the Banking sector during this period. He was the
Director in Trakya Corporate Branch when he left TEB in 2012.
He worked as the CEO of Arena Faktoring A.Ş. between 2012-2015. He managed the due diligence,
communication with BRSA, and share sales process in Arena Faktoring between May- October 2015.
After the sales process completed he left Arena Factoring.
He participated in many valuable pieces of training between 1991 and 2015 both in and outside of Turkey.
Completed “Deepening the Relationship” training in Belgium and “Leadership for Growth” in France.
He got the Coaching certificate from the Canadian coaching School of Adler in 2009 and certificate of
Coaching Leadership and Speaking from John Maxwell Academy in 2015.
